CANCELLATION POLICY
At Auramatic Wellness, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policy before booking: • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment at no additional charge. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service safely and without impacting other appointments. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to one rescheduled appointment if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. • If Auramatic Wellness must cancel or reschedule your appointment, any deposit will be transferred to your new appointment or refunded upon request.
